Dear Mr. Criscuolo:

I purchased my first Lexus at the end of August – a 2010 ES 350. I absolutely love this vehicle! The luxury of such a car has made driving a sheer joy to me! Even though I could write pages about the reasons why I believe that this is the best car I have ever owned, the purpose of this letter is to let you know how impressed I am with the treatment I received from each and every one of the team at the Lexus of Ann Arbor dealership.

In a world where customer service has become the exception rather than the norm, the professionalism, respect, friendliness, and attention to detail that I experienced from your employees was an unexpected bonus of purchasing my car. I wanted you to know how pleased I am in general with the treatment I received, but I also wanted to mention a few of the people who have been particularly helpful to me.

The first person I want to mention is my salesman, Scott Trocker. Scott was professional and patient with me beyond belief! He accompanied me on test drives of several types of vehicles and expertly addressed all of my questions. On my return to the dealership, Scott continued to work with me in a patient and friendly manner. He gave our conversations his full attention, and he never made me feel that I was a nuisance to him. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable in his presence. After the sale, Scott gave me several “lessons” in using the features of my car. He called me to follow-up on my satisfaction with my Lexus, and he has continually offered his expertise in questions that I have after driving the car. I feel very fortunate that Scott was the salesman who worked with me during this adventure!

I am also very impressed with Tarik Ramlawo. It was Tarik who gave me his personal assurance that I would be most satisfied with a Lexus – no matter what it took. He is knowledgeable, convincing, and persuasive in a friendly way. He, like Scott, won my trust. No matter when I return to the dealership, Tarik always greets me by name and makes me feel welcome. He seems to make things happen when it comes to my car concerns, and I have nothing but praise for him!

There are many other employees that I would like to single out because of the personal help they gave me: Todd Gamble clearly and carefully explained the financial aspects of the sale and was also the person who helped me program my garage door opener into my car! George Freij provided me with excellent information about my vehicle one day when Scott was away, and he was friendly and out-going in his helpfulness. Derek Kuri has gone out of his way to ensure that the work performed on my vehicle meets all of my expectations; he has been communicative and timely in all of his promises regarding my service requests.

These employees – and others – have convinced me that there IS a difference when a person purchases a Lexus. In addition to being an amazing car, the customer service is outstanding. I want you to know that I acknowledge and appreciate the work these people do.
